INUF aims to offer our members all sorts of activities to help towards improving their mental and physical wellbeing.
We currently run a Women’s group, a Men’s group, Yoga sessions, football training sessions, a knitting group and an Art Workshop.
In the past, we have provided Swedish massage sessions, zumba classes, women’s self defence classes and cookery classes, usually for 12 weeks. We are always looking for funding for different types of activities, and would also welcome suggestions, or offers of facilitating or leading classes and workshops.
We have a new activity sheet at the beginning of every month.
