As always there are several ways to participate with INUF, either at Ithaca House or off-site, most notable are as Management Committee members, Members, Staff and Volunteers.
Each entry point requires the simple completion of a 4 page membership form alongside two proofs of I.D. – which will help you attain an Enhanced CRB check should you wish to take a more hands on approach with INUF as a Management Committee member or a Volunteer.
Six specific Volunteer roles can be clearly identified and observed at Ithaca House through the support services provided to promote mental health recovery as a user led organisation: Advocacy P.A. Drop In Facilitators Outreach P.A./Admin Reception/Security Workshop Facilitators Aside from volunteering, members can get involved by becoming INUF Representatives or take part in the Members Forum.
