INUF Members and Staff Learn about Safe Cycling

Transport for London (TfL) provided a seminar on London By Bike, last Monday, 6 February, to INUF at Ithaca House. Jean, a TfL cycling trainer, gave a one-hour seminar to about 12 people, including members of the Men’s Group, Drop In attendees and staff. She covered topics such as cycle safety, improving skills, myth-busting, and how London is changing for cyclists. Everyone who took part found it really interesting and helpful, and many expressed interest in booking free, one-to-one training sessions, which will take place at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in the future.
