Last week, the Women’s Group had a “hands on” lesson from Humaira Hussain about how to cook healthy meals, and got to try it out for themselves!
The INUF members cooked roast chicken with a tasty seasoning on the skin, roast potatoes, and a salad with pomegranate ketchup dressing. At the same time, Humaira gave the group tips on healthy eating and nutrition to use at home.
The results were so delicious, there were no leftovers!
