Beverages come courtesy of Gerry’s bar serving a range of locally produced craft beers, ciders and a selection of wines, liquor and soft-drinks, as well as an array of pizzas and bar snacks to keep those hunger pangs at bay.

Run by a team of dedicated volunteers, It’s in Your Head uses art to empower people through creativity to form stronger bonds, to connect with each other and seek help. Health care professionals will be on hand to offer practical advice and support on the night.

Admission is £10 (tickets available at Eventbrite) with all proceeds from this event going to INUF, an independent, user-led, mental health charity, based in Stratford, London. Join us on Friday 9th March, Gerry’s for a unique experimental project to shine a light on mental health – It’s in Your Head.

Wayne Campbell, Founder and Producer Director of It’s in your Head says,

“It’s in Your Head is an inspirational collection of some of the most creative spoken word artists, talented monologue performances and inspirational acoustic sets all based on and around the theme of mental health.

If we are able to come together as a community to encourage one another, and share some of our experiences through art and creative expression, we are better placed to create an awareness platform where people can talk and find the support they need to make a difference.
