

Pursuing Fitness, Gently
As part of its “Fitness Pursuit” programme, INUF has just started 12 weeks of chair-based exercises, to encourage people who are usually less keen or able to take part in the other keep fit activities we offer. Led by Shareen Akhtar, a professionally qualified fitness instructor, members can start their “fitness journey”, with a series of fun, gentle, mostly seated exercises, to allow their bodies to begin to get used to moving. Six people attended the first session last Mond
