

In the Pursuit of Fitness
Wednesday, 25 September, saw the start of INUF Fitness Pursuit, a free, 12-week course of fitness classes. There are two levels, the one on Wednesday for beginners, involves chair-based exercises, and takes place between 1.30 and 3pm. The additional one on Thursdays is for those who are already involved in some sort of fitness regime, and starts at 2pm. Both classes are in the Main Hall upstairs in Ithaca House. INUF Members Get Active
On Wednesday, 11 September, a group of INUF members and staff members, Humaira Hussain, INUF Project Coordinator, and Chris Tzanetis, INUF Manager, attended an event organised by Mind, called Get Active Newham, which took place at Royal Albert Docks. Activities to watch or take part in, included Dragon Boating, martial arts demonstrations, drumming workshops, arts and crafts workshops, and henna tattoo painting.
