How can you join INUF?
Become a member by filling in an application form, which you can download here, or pick up from our reception. For your membership form to be accepted, you must meet the following criteria:
1. You must have a mental health condition, be a survivor, a carer or a mental health professional.
2. You must be a resident of Newham.
3. You must be over 18 years of age.
4. You must make sure the whole form is filled in, including your referee details. Your referee may be a psychiatrist, a member of the Recovery Team, a talking therapist and a care worker who knows your history. They will be contacted by an INUF staff member, who will ask them a series of fixed questions about you. It is a good idea to inform them you are using them as a referee, so they can be prepared for the phone call.
5. You must provide supporting documentation, such as a copy of your passport.
6. A one-off £10 Administration Fee must be submitted with the application form.
